We construct MUC1 vaccines using β-cyclodextrin grafted chitosan (CS-g-CD) as carrier via host-guest interaction. These vaccines based on non-covalent assembling can provoke robust immune responses, including high level of specific antibodies and cytokines. The induced antibodies can specifically recognize tumor cells and mediate cytotoxicity against tumor cells. These results indicate that CS-g-CD with strong immunostimulatory activities can be a straightforward platform for peptide-based vaccine construction. 相似文献

The in vitro protein digestibility (IVPD) of napin was studied using different pretreatment methods, including ultrasound, mixing napin with lactalbumin, and ultrasound-assisted protein mixing. The relationships between IVPD, molecular structure, and disulfide bonds were explored, showing that the IVPD of napin was the highest compared with the control when treated with 40% ultrasound power. When the proportion of napin to lactalbumin was 5:5, a synergistic influence between the two proteins was observed. Further investigation showed that the IVPD of napin was clearly improved by treatment with ultrasound-assisted protein mixing. Compared with the single protein in the control, the β-sheet content in the secondary structure of the mixed protein after sonication was reduced from 45.02% to 37.16%. The ordered protein structure was also disrupted by ultrasound, as supported by fluorescence intensity and surface hydrophobicity analyses. The decreased number of disulfide bonds and conformational changes indicated that the IVPD of rapeseed napin was closely related to the disulfide bond content. This study provides a theoretical basis for improving protein digestibility by combining ultrasound with physical mixing. 相似文献

In the presence of the inexpensive and non‐toxic polymethylhydrosiloxane, the combination of copper(II) acetate and a chiral diphosphine displayed high catalytic efficiency in the asymmetric hydrosilylation of a series of aromatic ketones in air atmosphere and at room temperature. (R)‐1‐Arylethanols were obtained with up to 99% yield and 93% enantiomeric excess. Meanwhile, the electron effect and steric hindrance of substituents on the aromatic ring had an interesting influence on both the yields and enantioselectivities. Protein is one of the most abundant natural polymeric materials, but only a few studies on nanoproteins have been conducted. In this paper, a novel approach based on ultrasound-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis was employed for the preparation of microkeratin and nanokeratin from wool. The hydrolysis system included a solution containing enzyme (esperase) and reductant (L-cysteine) and treated ultrasonically to remove the scales and amorphous regions within wool. Results showed that the reaction was most effective at 50 °C and pH 7, when incubated for 3 h, followed by sonication for 6 h. The products included spindle-shaped microkeratin (4–7 μm in diameter and 70–120 μm in length) and cone-shaped nanokeratin (50–300 nm in diameter and less than 15 μm in length). Under ultrasonic-assisted conditions, the yields of microkeratin and nanokeratin increased significantly, while the treatment time decreased. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that the chemical structures of microkeratin and nanokeratin did not change, compared to that of wool. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the microkeratin was mainly composed of α-helical structure, while the β-sheet structure was more prevalent in nanokeratin. This paper focuses on the identification problem of Wiener nonlinear systems with non-uniform sampling. The mathematical model for the Wiener nonlinear system is established from the non-uniformly sampled input–output data. In order to solve the identification problem of the Wiener nonlinear system with the unmeasurable variables in the information vector, the gradient-based iterative algorithm is presented by replacing the unmeasurable variables with their corresponding iterative estimates. We present the study of the wave motion in the Talbot interferometer with an additional element such as a lens for all related audiences. Our solutions are in the analytic form. A general principle of the Talbot effect, which is the optical near-field effect, is the Fresnel diffraction. The Fresnel integral is rather complicated. We therefore introduce an alternative method which is based on the wave propagation through the transmission functions of the grating and the lens. A ferrocene surfactant can be switched between single and double head form (FcN+C12/Fc+N+C12) triggered by redox reaction. FcN+C12 can neither stabilize an O/W emulsion alone nor an oil-in-dispersion emulsion in combination with alumina nanoparticles due to the steric hindrance of the ferrocene group. However, such steric hindrance can be overcome by increasing the charge density in Fc+N+C12, so that oil-in-dispersion emulsions can be co-stabilized by Fc+N+C12 and alumina nanoparticles at very low concentrations (1×10−7 M (≈50 ppb) and 0.001 wt %, respectively). Not only can reversible formation/destabilization of oil-in-dispersion emulsions be achieved by redox reaction, but also reversible transformation between oil-in-dispersion emulsions and Pickering emulsions can be obtained through reversing the charge of alumina particles by adjusting the pH. The results provide a new protocol for the design of surfactants for stabilization of smart oil-in-dispersion emulsions. 相似文献
